Kaspersky AntiVirus 2012 provides the following new features:

• The logic of operations with Quarantine and Backup has been improved: now they are represented on two separate tabs, each of them with its respective unique scope.
• The Task Manager has been added for an easy task management in Kaspersky Anti-Virus
• Participation in the Kaspersky Security Network  allows us to identify the reputation of applications and websites based on data received from users from all over the world.
• When Web Anti-Virus is enabled, you can separately enable the heuristic analysis to check web pages for phishing . When checking pages for phishing, the heuristic analysis will be applied regardless of whether it has been enabled for Web Anti-Virus.
• The appearance of Kaspersky Gadget has been redesigned .
